Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to digital products purchased through devcryptogate.com (the "Platform"), operated by Gartle Limited (the "Company").
1. General Terms
All products offered on the Platform are digital and are considered delivered once the product code or access confirmation is sent to the Buyer. The Company does not provide refunds, except in the cases clearly described below.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be granted only in the following situations:
- The product activation code was not delivered to the Buyer.
- The delivered code is invalid and the Developer fails to resolve the issue within a reasonable time.
- The Buyer paid for the product but did not receive access due to a confirmed technical failure attributable to the Platform.
Refund decisions are made solely by the Company and are final.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:
- The Buyer is dissatisfied with the content, quality, or compatibility of the product.
- The Buyer failed to review the product description or system requirements.
- The Buyer did not make a reasonable attempt to request support from the Developer, if applicable. Note: If the issue could reasonably be resolved by the Developer, and no attempt was made to contact them, the Platform may decline the refund request.
- The Buyer used an incorrect wallet address, or the payment amount was incorrect (underpayment or overpayment).
Buyers are strongly encouraged to carefully review product details and confirm compatibility before making a purchase.
4. Technical and Blockchain Considerations
Payments made via blockchain are irreversible. If a refund is approved, it will be processed:
- In the same cryptocurrency as the original payment.
- To the same wallet address used in the original transaction.
Refunds to different wallet addresses or in different currencies are not supported for security and compliance reasons.
In cases of underpayment (e.g., 50 USDT paid for a 100 USDT product), the Company may:
- Notify the Buyer and offer the opportunity to complete the payment within a limited time.
- Cancel the order and issue a full refund, less any applicable blockchain network fees.
