Know Your Customer (KYC) Policy

Gartle Limited (the "Company") conducts identity verification of Developers using the devcryptogate.com platform (the "Platform") to comply with legal requirements and prevent abuse.


1. Purpose of the Policy

This Policy aims to:

  • Confirm the legitimacy of Developers
  • Prevent impersonation and misrepresentation
  • Protect Buyers and ensure fair participation in the Platform

2. Mandatory Developer Verification

All Developers must complete identity verification before publishing products on the Platform. The verification process includes:

  • A business registration certificate or equivalent document
  • A corporate email address matching the domain of the Developer’s website
  • Domain ownership confirmation (via DNS record, HTML file, or meta tag)
  • A bank-issued letter from a third party confirming the applicant's authority to access financial transaction information related to the registered business
  • A document verifying the applicant’s authority to submit the application and manage the account

The Platform reserves the right to request additional documents at its discretion.


3. Responsibility of the Applicant

It is the Developer’s responsibility to ensure the completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of the submitted information. In case of violations, the Company may:

  • Reject the application
  • Suspend or remove the Developer's account
  • Freeze any pending payouts
  • Report suspected fraud to competent authorities

4. Use of Collected Data

All data collected as part of the KYC process is used solely for the purpose of verifying compliance with Platform requirements and applicable laws. The data will not be shared with third parties unless permitted by the Privacy Policy or required by law.


5. Policy Updates

This Policy may be updated periodically in accordance with changes in applicable regulations and the Company’s internal procedures.
